Tyger Tyger features cuisine inspired by the bold flavors discovered in street food carts of southeast Asia. Chef Daniel Palaima blends that with the local bounty of fresh produce, seafood, and proteins of the Central Coast. Monkeyshine, located in the shared marketplace, offers Asian-inspired organic soft serve ice cream in housemade “taiyaki” fish-shaped waffle cones and frozen organic fruit pops. The modern and whimsical design of the restaurant provides a fun and open space perfect for a casual dinner party or a lively cocktail reception.
